Earl Sweatshirt Cancels Remainder of his ‘Wearld Tour’

Earl Sweatshirt, live review

Today, Earl Sweatshirt took to Twitter to share some good news/bad news. The bad news is that he’s cancelled the remainder of his ‘Wearld Tour’ citing ‘lack of self maintenance’ as the main reason. The good news is that another reason for his decision is so that he finish his album and get it out to us ‘while it’s still fresh’. The young rapper of course expressed his sincere regret to his fans who’d planned to see him, he stated that he was ‘physically and mentally at the end of my rope’, and that ‘without synergy between the body and mind there is nothing. no point in performing if it’s not the best show I can give every time.’

Gutted for the people who were set to see him, I myself have received a cancellation from Mr Sweatshirt before he was set to perform at Glastonbury 2013 due to illness, but luckily he was added to the Reading/Leeds lineup later in the year, so no harm no foul in the end. Let’s hope that Earl recovers and that his album is soon to be released as well, have a look at the effected tour dates below:
