With every day I find myself discovering new festivals, in most occasions ones that have been around a few years that I simply haven’t heard about- Nozstock is one of those festivals. Nozstock is a self-professed ‘fun-loving family founded’ event that ‘is about bringing play to everyone, in whatever form it can.’ Despite what you may think about a festival that I’ve certainly never heard of, it’s definitely not one to be sniffed at by any stretch of the imagination.
Over the years Nozstock has seen some huge names perform at their quaint event in Herefordshire’s countryside including; Andy C, The Proclaimers, Jake Bugg, The Beat, and Phil Jupitus. With these names on past editions of the festival, it shows that you really have to dig deep to find these hidden gems filled with character, and this year Nozstock has an equally impressive bill to go with it.
Set to perform at Nozstock – The Hidden Valley this year are a plethora of high-end drum and bass names from Danny Byrd, DJ Hype, London Elektricity, Metrik, and Ed Rush- so yeah, a big chunk of Hospital Record’s roster, which is just dandy. However, with all these names in electronic music, I’m sure a lot of you are waiting for a topper- a big name act who will convince you to part with your cash. Will The Wu-Tang Clan do? Yes the legendary rap group are set to headline Nozstock Festival.
With a plethora of big names announced and tickets only £100 for the weekend, you’d mad not to grab a ticket here.
