Croatia’s Outlook Festival is a widely-known firm favourite on the European circuit. An event famed for its organic celebration of all-things soundsystem, Outlook is a festival renowned for its tropical backdrop, truly unique setting and the crowd and line-up to match.
Taking full advantage of its sun-kissed surroundings, Outlook is so much more than just some stages and DJs, with beach, boat and tunnel parties all unmissable supplements to the experience. One of the largest Roman amphitheatres in the world hosts its opening concert to kick off the weekend, which can be reached via boat taxi – told you this wasn’t your normal festival.
Andy C, Shy FX, Mala & The Outlook Orchestra and Gentlemen’s Dub Club all play part of Outlook’s opening show at the amphitheatre, while Chase & Status headline the festival itself with a RTRN II JUNGLE DJ set.
Elsewhere, Calibre, Goldie (Live), Hybrid Minds, Lenzman, Randall and LTJ Bukem are among the drum and bass highlights, with Bugzy Malone, Ghetts, Big Zuu, Aitch and Unknown T flying the flag for grime.
As you might expect, bass is in abundance at Outlook 2019, boasting sets from the likes of Zinc, My Nu Leng, Channel One, Holy Goof, Mungo’s HiFi ft Eva Lazuras and Kahn & Neek to name a few.
Outlook is undoubtedly one of the unique music event experiences. Slotting in between the realms of festival and holiday, and with a notoriously trademark line-up to boot, make sure you don’t miss out on the end of an era – Outlook’s final year at the iconic Fort Punta Christo.
